Refund policy

Your refund will be made within 14 days of your return being processed by our logistics teams. Refunds may be made in the form of a credit note or by the method of payment used for your order. Please note that an order paid for with a gift card or a credit note will automatically be refunded in the form of a credit note.

If you paid for your order via ALMA or PayPal, you will be reimbursed directly by the platform.
